Team members identify the specific operating patterns that set them on the track to burnout, and learn how to recognize opportunities to choose differently. They also identify their top energaizers and depleters in how they work.
Here we look at the major depleters and energizers across the team. This creates an opportunity to find small adjustments to increase capacity and prevent current ways of working unintentionally draining people.
