We lead with lived experience because people remember stories, not theory. Our CEO Fia-Lynn Crandall has a background in Mechanical Engineering, which fuels us to break down complex topics into simple, practical frameworks that leaders can apply right away.
This work is messy, by sharing our own human mistakes, we help to bring walls down and create space for honest reflection and practical insight that sparks real change.
We don’t deliver checkbox workshops or surface-level programs. Everything we do is focused on supporting the steps required to create a true culture shift. Each engagement includes a Post-Session Debrief that summarizes participant highlights and outlines recommended next steps. We typically start out with an engaging session to immerse ourselves in the culture while creating immediate, tangible improvements. From there we explore steps to embed care, psychological safety, and respect for difference into the structures, practices, and leadership behaviors of your organization so it becomes part of how your workplace actually operates.
Each of our engagements begins with a call to understand the unique context of your organization or team. Our Core Sessions are highly engaging and designed to create maximum impact, tailored to your unique context.
When an organization needs something more specific, we build fully custom sessions. These start at $5k and are crafted to meet your exact vision, goals and outcomes you are looking for.
Our approach goes beyond “check-the-box” training. Each session is tailored to your unique context and the focus is to create immediate impact while gathering real insights on your culture from the inside. Afterward, we hold a post-session debrief and provide a tailored insights report capturing feedback, patterns, and recommendations to keep the culture shift moving forward beyond the session.
The investment for an initial engagement starts at $3500 and go up depending on length of the session. Fully customized sessions start at $5k and custom culture work varies depending on complexity, often starting at $10k.
No, we create direct impact with each team we work with. However, in order to create true culture shift, senior leadership must be involved and lead by example.
We do however work with those who care about their people and are willing to back up this care with action and investment.
We find that resistance is often a symptom of fear of making mistakes. Our approach normalizes being human and imperfect, while showing the real cost of the status quo.
We meet leaders where they are at, while helping them see beyond their own experiences into the world of others they may not have been exposed to yet. The result is sparking a desire to do better for the people around them.
