The foundation of the Empowered Culture of Care starts with empowering your leaders to cultivate their own well-being and develop psychologically safe leadership. 

From here we focus on establishing a Culture of Care where inclusivity, well-being and belonging allow each person to bring their full self to work and contribute their best.

The goal and final stage of the Empowered Culture of Care Framework is a workplace that is an ecosystem of support. Where the weight of well-being is shared and no longer rests solely on the shoulders of leaders and managers. Here team members support not only themselves, but each other in small ways so work is a place where mental health isn't checked at the door yet, work objectives are accomplished.
