The Community Cares Framework is a grass roots developed approach to both inclusion and improved mental health in community.
We have presented it at several conferences and got amazing feedback as we witnessed participants move from overwhelmed by even where to start when it comes to inclusion to fired up and moved into immediate action. Yeah!
And we are excited to bring leaders together to create an inclusive Bow Valley that is a model for communities across Canada.
