Natural Design is a powerful tool and proprietary framework developed and tested on thousands of individuals over 20+ years including multi-millionaire business owners, small business owners, leaders, and entrepreneurs from all walks of life and industries.

NATURAL DESIGN

Natural Design has three components:

  1. The first consists of the unique combination of 7 Key Gifts an individual has. Sharing these 7 Key Gifts fully has a person feel a sense of meaning, purpose and greater fulfilment. Natural Design gives clues to what it takes to be the best version of ourselves. The more we express each of our Key Gifts professionally and personally, the greater satisfaction we experience in our work and the deeper impact we create in our role, for our family and community.

  2. The second part of Natural Design is the 7 Core Needs, which identifies what each person needs to be at their best and how they must nourish themselves to keep their tank full. Many clients report feeling less exhausted, drained or depleted after making even 1 or 2 simple tweaks to their day to meet these Core Needs.

  3. The third part of Natural Design highlights our natural tendencies and behaviors when we are stressed, burned out, and out of alignment with ourselves. It encourages individuals to see themselves more clearly and develop simple actions to bring themselves back into alignment and out of these 'shadow' behaviors.

THE NATURAL DESIGN FRAMEWORK

The Natural Design Framework creates a path of discovery and growth for business owners, leaders and their teams to become more whole, engaged and fulfilled. The more one expresses their Key Gifts and meets their Core Needs, the more they feel like the best version of themselves and contribute their best. In discovering and integrating their Natural Design more fully, our clients report feeling empowered to create more joy and fulfilment on a regular basis. They also feel more energized and inspired to show up fully for their team and the organizations vision.

We offer Discovery Workshops for Leaders and Teams as well as ongoing Development Workshops to create an environment of empowered growth using simple, effective strategies.

We also offer 1:1 Discovery and Development Programs with Business Owners and Key Leaders.
