Scale Naturally took shape in the heart of the awe-inspiring Rocky Mountains. Founded by Fia-Lynn Crandall, a visionary with a background in Mechanical Engineering and business facilitation, the company's roots trace back over 20 years.
Fia-Lynn's journey began from a place of personal transformation, emerging from a traumatic past with a growing desire to discover her true identity. Using her keen engineering mind and extraordinary brain, she embarked on a mission, meticulously analyzing thousands of individuals over two decades.
This journey led to the creation of Natural Design, a powerful tool and proprietary framework that reveals the unique essence within us all. Fia-Lynn’s work is guided by one simple truth: when people are allowed to be the best version of themselves, they contribute their best.
The idea resonated deeply with Makaylah Rogers, a mental health advocate and social impact entrepreneur on a mission to make workplaces more welcoming for 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks.
Together, Fia-Lynn and Makaylah are changing the way people relate to themselves and others by helping them identify, develop, and celebrate their unique gifts. They transform workplaces into inclusive spaces of belonging where everyone thrives.
Today, they help mission-driven businesses and organizations thrive by tapping into and developing their greatest asset: the unique potential inherent within themselves, their leaders, and their teams.

Fia-Lynn Crandall

Fia-Lynn Crandall is the co-founder of Scale Naturally, a company dedicated to empowering organizations making a meaningful difference in the world. Being a neurodivergent, 2SLGBTQIA+, trauma survivor, she is passionate about creating workplaces and communities of belonging where people can contribute their full potential.
Fia-Lynn brings 20 years of experience in business facilitating personal growth and development. With the grounded, practical approach she takes as a Mechanical Engineer, she created the Natural Design Framework, an out of the box approach that has been developed and tested over 20+ years.
Through the Natural Design Framework, Fia-Lynn empowers leaders and teams to access their full potential through leveraging their uniqueness, fueling productivity alongside well-being.
Fia-Lynn is a nature lover who lives in the beautiful Canadian Rockies in Canmore, Canada with her partner Makaylah and goofy Labradoodle Lady Frankie.
Makaylah Rogers has consulted for a wide range of business owners, executives, philanthropists and start-ups for the past 12 years. Before co-founding the latest evolution of Scale Naturally with Fia-Lynn, they were the CEO of a fast-growing online coaching business & online media publication, bringing on clients internationally across multiple countries.
With a lot of accomplishments under their belt at an early age, Makaylah discovered their Natural Design and was gifted with the awareness that their purpose isn't about accomplishing something outside of themselves. Rather, it is to be who they are naturally, and express their own unique potential more fully.
Makaylah is passionate about empowering leaders to create inclusive workplaces where uniqueness and diversity is celebrated. Their real, relatable approach brings down walls, humanizes diversity and inspires action.
Makaylah is a very compassionate, creative individual and lives in the mountains in Alberta, Canada with their partner, Fia-Lynn, and their goofy Labradoodle, Lady Frankie. Makaylah is a mental health advocate and co-founder of Frankie D’s Donuts. Makaylah loves country music, working out and the sight of fresh snow on top of the mountains.
