"What I found through Scale Naturally was a path to finding and understanding me, my gifts, how I am supposed to show up in service to myself and everyone else. What I found when I became clearer about me is how well aligned the business that I already had was for me and how connected to my purpose, this knowing provided an immediate peace for how I was spending my time, but the knowledge of my gifts also had me take notice of what I loved doing and more importantly how. All of this had led me to work two parallel paths both fulfilling my purpose and providing me indescribable joy in the process. "Stepped out of this cycle of success to burnout."
I reached out to Makaylah and Fia-Lynn in a cycle of success -> burnt out -> Success -> burnt out etc. I knew how to run the daily in's and out's of a business from a financial and operational standpoint, however I felt that I was owned by my business which isn't sustainable. I lacked direction and always put others priorities before my own. This is a far cry to where I am now. Although not perfect (but nothing is) I feel in a position in which my passion for working in and developing myself and my business has come back and that I have stepped out of this cycle of success to burnout.
